Eight in 10 (81%) employees have unofficially worked outside of their remit at work in the past year, according to survey findings published by recruitment firm Robert Walters yesterday (20 April). After polling 2,000 UK professionals, researchers at Robert Walters found that half (51%) are working longer hours and four in 10 (44%) report regularly experiencing burnout.
